พนักงานจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติ ดังนี้

• ชายอายุ 20 - 55 ปี หญิงอายุ 20 - 45 ปี หัวหน้าชุดอายุ 25 - 55 ปี
• ส่วนสูง  ชาย ไม่ต่ำกว่า 160 ซม.   หญิง ไม่ต่ำกว่า 150 ซม.
• การศึกษาไม่ต่ำกว่า ม.3 หรือตาม พ.ร.บ. กำหนด(ป.6 ต้องจบระหว่างปี 2520-2544) 
• ผ่านการอบรมหลักสูตรวิชาชีพรักษาความปลอดภัย 
• ไม่เป็นโรคที่เป็นอุปสรรคต่อการทำงาน
• ตรวจประวัติอาชญากร จากกองทะเบียนประวัติอาชญากร ก่อนการลงปฏิบัติงาน
• ผ่านการตรวจสารเสพติด

 Employees must have the following qualifications:

• Male, age 20 - 55 years, female, age 20 - 45 years old Head of the age group 25 - 55 years
• Height of not less than 160 cm in men. Women are not less than 150 cm.
• Under the no. 3 or an experienced guard.
• Security training courses.
• Not a disease that hinders the work.
